Impulse is based in Attleborough in Norfolk and the lineup is Ben Noble, Damon Moon, Lewis Free, Jack Overton and Sophie Wilkinson. The band told SNYA Radio that as friends they got together whilst studying at their local high school and their musical style is a mixture of metal, heavy rock and punk rock. The band appeared at SNYA Radio through a chance meeting between Sophie and Co-ordinator Steve at Norwich's train station. They were both chatting to a young man who had just been stopped and searched by the Norfolk Constabulary.
