Your chance to get involved
Category: News | Posted by: admin
We all listen to the radio, and the chances are you’ve probably at some point in your life wanted to sit in the studio, pressing the buttons and entertaining your listeners.
Well, (and I’m sure you can see where this is going) now you can!
SNYA Radio is an Internet Radio Station made by and for young people in South Norfolk. If you are under 19, you will have the opportunity to present your own show on air, or take part in loads of jobs off air, like editing and producing.
We have been given a room where we will set up our studio in Long Stratton Leisure Centre!
This station will not have any presenters over the age of 19 and only a few adults will be working at the station, just to make sure everyone is safe, happy bunnies. This really is your radio station and your chance to play the songs you want to play, and talk about what you want to talk about!
If you would like to find out more on how to get involved with the station, please email Steve Thomas at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ! We are looking to get our team together by July, so please get in touch now! Absolutely no experience is necessary to get involved with the station, whether you want to present or work behind the scenes. We will give you training on how to do your job, so please don’t worry if you have NO idea what to do!
