Councillor Jenny Wilby, Youth Champion at South Norfolk Council, said
“SNYA is a fantastic opportunity for young people of South Norfolk to volunteer and get involved within the local community. We (South Norfolk Council) helped set up SNYA Radio station and gave them free space in our leisure centre in Long Stratton. We are now looking at continuing to support them over the next three years by covering their basic costs, such as insurance and electricity. The radio station is a brilliant community facility and has helped scores of youngsters gain valuable experience and learn new skills".
